Andrew Duncan began his career as a Financial Consultant working in the corporate market and then moving into sales management where he enjoyed rapid promotion through to Sales Director leading a 1500 strong Financial Services sales force with income generation in excess of £150 million. Although the financial rewards were high, Andrew realised that the personal rewards were not as fulfilling.
Over the years we have built an incredible team of professional coaches who are highly proficient with our methodology and software. They are fully qualified coaches, dedicated to client results and they all receive mentoring and coaching supervision that keeps them at the top of their game.
