Simon has over 30 years of experience in leadership and performance management, specialising in mergers & acquisitions in banking, small and medium sized enterprises and education and training.
Having spent 26 years in the Financial Services Industry, he formed his own company in 2008 advising FTSE Corporations, Further Education bodies and Small & Medium Sized Enterprises, in areas such as change management, line management, team and talent progression, building winning teams, marketing and product launches, entrepreneurial development, coaching and learning systems.
Working at senior levels with boards of directors, entrepreneurs and teams he is passionate about the development of entrepreneurialism and the development of both individuals and teams and helping them accomplish breakthroughs in their lives and their businesses.
One of the best examples of Simon's work relates to the Scale Up - Ashford Programme. Simon worked closely with the Directors and their leadership teams from 6 companies to create a comprehensive plan for the 12 months ahead. He then coaches the teams every month to improve the culture, efficiency, productivity and profitability of the business. The results have been outstanding, delivering a 21% average increase in Turnover, 17 new jobs, and over half a million of new investment. This pioneering project has now been extended to 16 companies and New level Results are now being asked to launch programmes in partnership with several councils and chambers across England.
A successful entrepreneur and brilliant marketer, he is the Sales & Marketing Director for New Level Results. He has an outstanding track record in helping organisations, teams and individuals to deliver transformational results.
Andrew began his career as a Financial Consultant working in the corporate market and then moving into sales management where he enjoyed rapid promotion through to Sales Director leading a 1500 strong Financial Services sales force with income generation in excess of £150 million. Although the financial rewards were high, Andrew realised that the personal rewards were not as fulfilling.
In search of something more rewarding and fulfilling, Andrew discovered the need for quality attitudinal coaching and corporate transformation within the commercial sector. Working closely with many 'blue chip' businesses, his client list is impressive:
