What is Business Coaching? Is it right for me?
A valuable business coaching session will entail a spectrum of techniques to help you download all the questions, issues and ideas that fill your mind. Whether you have ambitious plans to grow your business, enter new markets, find great people or access finance, the life of a business owners can be a challenging and lonely one. Every decision you make is key to moving you forward – the wrong decision could be costly – even catastrophic. Having a highly professional and experienced business coach at your side can make all the difference. Coaching is geared to making you (an individual business owner or a management team) the best you can be, drawing out the best of the abilities you already have, and developing new skills, so that you grow with the demands of your business.
“I am absolutely blown over by the power of thought and what you think about you bring about and the power of writing down a plan and following it relentlessly every month. I have never been so consistent with things. My thoughts, behaviours and actions are totally different to what they were only 6 months ago, before met my coach. The best year yet philosophies and tracking system hold me accountable and the results are nothing short of staggering.” Michael Crane, Business Owner
Coaching empowers people. At its best, business coaching is a magical combination of structure and content which works at two levels:
- Transactional. Coaches hold you accountable for what you say you are going to do. A coach allows the business owner/management team time to discuss issues, formulate ideas and develop a plan of action. A good coach will then ask ‘WHAT will you do? And WHEN by?’ And hold you accountable to it. The attention that a coach pays his client(s) is invaluable.
- Transformational. As coaches, we also look to identify the behaviours you have that are limiting your performance at work the most. We explore them with you; where they’ve come from; the effect they are having on you and your business; and we invite you to transpose them into a positive approach that will lead to a positive change in your behaviour and your performance.
At New Level Results, we coach using the Best Year Yet approach which encompasses all of the above and more. It asks the question – ‘If you were to have your best year yet in 2016 – what would that looks like and feel like, both for your business and for you personally?’
We help you focus on to achieving the results you aspire to.
“Since being introduced to the wonderful Best Year Yet programme, it is no exaggeration to say that the combination of the coaching and the system has completely transformed the way I think and the actions I take, giving me the results I have always wanted. Best Year Yet is one of the best things to have happened to me.” Justine Cullen, Business Owner
